If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the SoftComfort, Inc. support team for quick resolution via Skype chat (Support.SoftComfortInc.). You may also email the SoftComfort, Inc. support team (support@softcomfortinc.com) before claiming a refund, as they will be happy to solve any problems that you might encounter.


Your purchase of Delete Skype History software is regulated by this policy. Please read it carefully before completing your order as it determines your rights with regard to your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions. By placing an order you agree that your order is governed by this policy.


The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial version to let you fully evaluate our product before you make a purchase decision


Trial version has the same features as paid version - the only difference is that trial version can have some limitations:

Delete Skype History Standard Edition – time reference for messages you can delete is 1 hour (for selected or all contacts);

Delete Skype History Network Edition – you can delete/edit only 3 messages for the last 2 hours.


Please test the trial version to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license.


We will refund the purchase price for orders within 30 days of the purchase date which fall into the following categories:

  • The product has been proven to be defective by Support team

  • Duplicate orders were made at the SoftComfort, Inc. App Store


In case you have technical issues with the software which can’t be fixed by SoftComfort , Inc. Support team, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, we are convinced that most of claims for refund can be avoided if you accept professional help from our Support team.
